Return & Replacement Policy

Note: Natural Products Attract Bugs 🐛 if Found Don't Panic. We will return the products or we will exchange them.

At Eherbal, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and authentic as possible.

If you encounter a valid issue with a product due to our error, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional shipping cost.
To initiate the process:

  1. Inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Send the product back to us. Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item, we will dispatch a replacement at the earliest.

If the issue arises from your end, we can still replace the item, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Once your return is approved, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
